Perma Rite #14 is a water-based adhesive containing small polymer particles with 60% solid content, resulting in a very firm, pliable, yet stable product. Perma Rite #14 is easy to apply and delivers a very successful bonding experience on full lace, poly, or combination hair systems.
This adhesive is a very safe, hypoallergenic, non-carcinogenic, non-irritating product. It also offers a secure and long lasting hold to boot.
When using Perma Rite #14 growing hair stubble not required for bonding. However, you can achieve a longer hold with of 1-2 weeks with stubble -- when applied on 1/4 inch stubble throughout the scalp area.
